    The hotel is close to Town hall station, Central station, China town… there is Coles supermarket inside the building. There are a lot of high rating restaurants near the hotel.

    Great location, close proximity to Town Hall train station, cafes, restaurants & shopping. Check in & check out is quite quick, Room is well presented & clean: Bathrooms might need a deep clean & better ventilation as there’s mould present. Luggage storage was pretty handy after check out so we can get explore the city hands free. Good value for money for location, room & service.

    This hotel is centrally located. Easy access to everywhere in Sydney. Restaurants and dining options at your door step and public transport nearby. A busy part of the city that’s always buzzing with plenty to see and do. The hotel itself is clean with a great bar. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of staff overseeing that everything is as it should be.

    For a 4-star hotel, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and even a comb were not provided, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. The room door had a large gap, meaning outside noise from the hallway could easily enter the room. As a result, it was very difficult to sleep and get proper rest. The bed was also extremely soft and sagged, making it uncomfortable throughout the night. I expected a much higher level of comfort and attention to detail from a 4-star hotel. I hope these issues can be improved to provide a better experience for future guests.
