    The elevator is not working and you will have to climb 4 flights up a steep windy staircase to get to your room. Not ideal when you have bags or if you have a disability. The wifi does not work! The shower floods. The pods were good- clean and lots of storage but you have to bring your own lock. I would not stay here again; I found it pretty egregious that the hotel isn't more forthcoming with guests about the lack of working elevator. This should be explained directly in your booking, and welcome email. The staff was argumentative about the situation and said that 'the website doesn't say that they have an elevator' which is the slimiest way to deal with a situation that could actually impact whether people are even able to physically stay at this place. This shouldn't be a hidden detail that one has to search for when booking. Unethical to say the least. Also extremely inconvenient that the wifi doesn't work.

    Affordable stay in a very convenient and strategic location. I stayed for one night, and overall it’s a good option if you just need a place to sleep for a short stay. The capsule was clean and functional, with the basic amenities you’d expect. It’s best suited for travellers packing light, as space is limited and not ideal for bulky luggage. One thing to note is that the lift was not working during my stay. Reception is located on Level 3 and my capsule was on Level 4. It wasn’t an issue for me since I only had a backpack, but it could be inconvenient for those with heavier luggage. Overall, a budget-friendly and practical choice for a quick overnight stay, especially if location and price are your main priorities.

    The capsule bed is comfortable although a room contains 22 capsules. + Provide towel + Provide elec water kettle & basic utensils + Provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner - Need to walk up 3-5 floor due to lift under maintenance - Price has not included taxes (around 10%)
