    Conveniently located near the tram station - Port of Leith, and 10-minute walking distance to the Royal Yacht Britannia. Around 20-minutes away only by tram from the city center but more quiet and calm atmosphere. Lots of restaurants and cafes around within walking distance. Building is pretty old but seems clean and well-maintained. Eco-friendly establishment.

    Excellent location, close to Tram stop and great for local restaurants/bars. Quick tram ride (approx 10min) and you're in Central Edinburgh. Very impressed.
