Despite being right next to Keikyu -Kamata rails, I didn’t hear any trains. My room faced away from the train so maybe that is why. The service was friendly and they have a good translation system. Also, they held my bags for 5 hours since my last flight out was going to be so late.
Only downside is it takes a little time 15-20 mins walk. Flat no hills so luggage rolls easily. But otherwise the neighborhood is filled with really convenient groceries (not just conbini) as well as a neighborhood sento only 7 minutes away, with Kamata’s signature dark hot spring water!

Easily the best, from a design and utility perspective, business hotel I've ever stayed in. For example, they have an actual air conditioning unit you can easily set which is quite rare among business hotels. That combined with the fresh clean design, having everything you can want from a TV to glasses to a fantastic big public bath, and the ease of access from JR/Tokyu Kamata Station and Keikyu Kamata Station, makes this an easy 10/10.

It is located near the station, it was good for me to stay for 1 night before catching another flight. The room is small, but the public bath was great.
