La ubicación, relación calidad precio
No había personal en recepción, no entraba el.personal de limpieza por lo que no se limpiaba el apartamento ni se cambiaban las toallas durante toda la estancia, en nuestro caso 11 días. La cama eran sus camas juntas, pegadas, cómodas pero tan pegadas a la pared por los dos lados que era prácticamente imposible hacer bien la cama.

清潔かつ京急蒲田駅から近い。目の前に公園もあるし、近くにコンビニ、コインランドリーもあるので何に困らないかった。
2段ベッドだったが、子供が使う分には問題ない。大人が使うには日本の天井の高さでは厳しい。

京急蒲田駅から近く閑静でロケーションは抜群です。
・テレビの電源コードと備付けの延長コードの長さがマッチしていなかったです。
・初日にエアコンの効きが悪く温まらず。エアコン室内機のパネルを開くと、案の定フィルターに埃がびっしりと詰まっていました。ありがたくも掃除機が備え付けられていましたので、埃を吸い取り、水洗いして乾燥させてから取り付けると、部屋が暖かくなり風邪をひかずに済みました。
・備付けのタブレットでチェックインを行っている際に何度か再起動してしまいチョットだけイラつきました。
新築なのか建材の臭いがキツかったですが、それ以外は快適でしたよ。
