Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, très propre et calme. Kamata est proche par trains du centre de Tokyo

Very good room size for two, good facilities for a long stay, very clean, good staff, good location close to a railway station.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, very close to Kamata station. It was exceptionally clean; kitchen and bath were furnished as expected. It was nice to have the laundry washer & detergent available in the unit. Mr. Shin Hisano was very accommodating for our check in, and checked to be sure our stay was going well. Thank you very kindly!

There’s no help on-site. While we knew this before-hand, it still sucked that I could only talk to someone on chat to get help. Kudos to the team to responding within 10 minutes on all occasions. Could be cheaper. Location is close to metro station but the station is far away from the central areas of the city.
