Basic and simple rooms. Well maintained and cleaned everyday (they cleaned the floors, so dust not an issue).
The included breakfast is very simple and staff will cook you eggs if you want.
Staff great and friendly. We went on a tour and were going to miss breakfast; they dropped a snack breakfast on our door.

The check-in/ check- out were really smooth! Host was super supportive and helpful.
There is a morning when my tour started at 4am, they packed me a small breakfast bag which is a super nice touch.
I had a lovely stay there!
