Comfortable room. Safe and quiet area that isn’t too far to attractions. Staff friendly.

The room was clean but there were other issues. The room was slanted in a very noticable degree, like it´s sinking on one side. So when we stood in the room we didńt feel level and everything rolled to one side. The air conditioner leaked a lot so we had to put a towel under it on the floor. And we had no control of it, it is controlled in the reception so you have to call them to adjust your room temperature. We were on the third floor so to get to it, the elevator takes you to 2 1/2 floors up and you have to get out and climb up spiral stairs to go to 3 or down to get to 2. Not great when you have to carry heavy luggage. The tub was pealing inside, the door on it is cut in half so when you are showering, water splashes out on the toilet and floor so all around the edge of the wall it looks rotted and dirty, it was also dirty around the base of the shower door. Over all, we were disappointed on the condition of the hotel but it was located in a good area. We didn’t pay the extra for the breakfast, and after we saw the condition of the room, we were glad we didn’t.

Convenient walkable location to Paris city center and restaurants. Room was small but clean. Room's floor was. slightly at a slope as our wheeled luggage would roll. Very noisy when people shut their rooms' doors with loud bangs; otherwise, it is quiet at night. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. Shower has "half" door stall (similar to many hotels in Paris) which does not prevent water splashing on the floor when you take shower - so ask for extra towels to dry the floor.

Sheets and shower were clean. I had a spider in my bed, but at least it did not return once I got rid of it. There was some electrical problem one evening and no lights. Otherwise, ok comfort.

I cannot say how wonderfully friendly all the FOH team are, they cannot do enough to accommodate. However, the hotel is grubby, run down, dirty and it isn’t worth even £80 per night. The walls are paper thin, you can hear absolutely everything from a snore to a conversation. The carpets are full of grime, dirty walls in bathroom, dusty and mouldy areas too. I honestly don’t know how it’s even approved as a listing Expedia it’s appaulling and I had to stay 3 nights to my disgust!!!!

There was no lift access to my room on the first floor and it was the last available room on the day I checked in. We were woken up in the first two mornings by both maintenance noises and noises from people walking up and down the stairwell which was just three foot away. The room was extremely small for a twin room and the door was just one foot from the bed!! The fridge was dirty with food stains and not connected to power — a breeding ground for bacteria. However Jaruwuat at front desk was very kind and hospitable.

Interior noise is unlike any other hotel in my experience. The walls on the 5th floor are paper thin & you can hear phone conversations and arguments in other rooms. The last rehab of this hotel likely included parts left over from other construction projects that do not fit together. A disappointment at best.

The staff were so so friendly and helpful and they even let us check in early. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was too. Lovely shower and very comfy bed. About a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower so a super good location especially considering the price of this hotel. Would Definitely stay here again!!

It’s very convenient, good location about 25 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff are friendly and helpful. Okay for a short stay. The only thing you have to remember is that the place doesn’t have an air on. And the place is small so if you are going as a family this might not work for you.

The reception staff are not nice or kind. Especially the young man that wears glasses and the guy that packs his hair. The Korea guy was very cool. He was the only one that treated me nice. I was on the 5th floor they found it difficult to help me get my luggages up even though the lift doesn’t get to the 5th floor. I had to carry 3 heavy boxes all my self
