    Hotel is conveniently next to Napoli Centrale Train Station & all public transport nearby with many eateries & shops. After given our room cards, the female hotel staff patiently briefed us on the Naples attractions with a given map . With soundproof clean comfortable room, we had a peaceful sleep but pllows are soft. Had a kettle with daily refill of coffee & tea. Mineral water can be bought nearby & no slippers provided. Was happy to see a box of tissue & body moisturiser in the toilet. As in most hotels in Italy, no toothbrush or toothpaste. We will stay again in this lovely hotel.

    From outside, this hotel is great - very well located, metro terminus right next to it. Reception area , breakfast area , floor plans n even rooms are visually appealing. That’s where the goods end. The experience was not as appealing unfortunately. Everyday there were mosquitoes in the room, we were unsure how. Last night when we had only 4 hrs to sleep, we were getting attacked by a gang of mosquitoes n getting to hear chaos, sound of glasses shattering. Then we realized our balcony door was left wide open- a deed of the housekeeping folks. We were kept awake the whole night when we had an early morning long distance flight to catch. On calling reception, they promptly sent someone with mosquito repellent spray - he was pretty curt instead of being apologetic n asked us to return it at checkout time! Breakfast space was always having mad rush, waiting time n queue n the spread was not great in taste or range. Overall, this hotel has huge potential n opportunity to do way better.

    I stayed at Starhotels Terminus Naples from 30 Dec–1 Jan, booking two rooms of the same category. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet expectations. The two rooms differed in the following ways: - One room was significantly smaller - Only one room had a bathtub - Balcony views differed (one outward-facing, one inward-facing) For rooms booked under the same category, a comparable size and amenities are reasonably expected. A more serious issue occurred on the morning of checkout. I had an early train at 4:45 AM. At around 3:15 AM, I reported a bathroom issue that made it impossible for us to use the shower. After multiple staff visits and 30–40 minutes, I was told it could only be fixed after 7:00 AM. An alternative room was offered only around 4:15–4:20 AM (which they clearly mentioned that they did not have available initially), and was too late for me to use as I had to leave immediately. Additionally, the breakfast did not offer a wide selection and did not feel worth the €14 per person charged. While I understand technical issues can happen, the delayed response, room inconsistencies, and limited breakfast reduced the overall value of the stay. I contacted the hotel directly but did not receive a response. Apart from the location being close the Napoli Terminus, I see no other merit to booking Starhotels.
