Location to the train station. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Bathroom needed paint.

The most important thing is that the staff was very friendly
The B&B is located near to the city central its safe and not crowded and the cherry on the top is the breakfast the lady served the best cappuccino according I like I highly recommend this B&B

Amazing location, amazing facilities, breakfast was great, you can chill in the balcony whenever you want and there is even vending machine if you forgot to buy drinks.
The owners and the reception were also great people very friendly and welcoming
I wouldve given 10 but the cleaning ladies / breakfast staff were really rude and loud. They literally woke me up from my sleep since 7am cuz they were shouting and working extremely loudly. One of them kept asking me something multiple times even though I told them multiple times I don't speak Italian.

Location was centric. Room was big enough and clean. Staff was good.
Bed was shaking, wifi internet was not working, room heating was not working. I was 1 night so it was manageable.
