    We loved this hotel. Room was spacious for our family of four. The hotel is clean, beds and linens were extremely high quality and comfortable and the location is excellent!

    comfortable sleep quality and stunning views. hot water was consistently. the bathroom has some strange smell. the location is quite convenient for shopping and exploring. and the staff were friendly.

    The only issue we experienced was that the water in the bathroom was not draining properly. We reported it to the reception, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed before we checked out. Other than that, everything was great. The cleanliness and the location were especially excellent.

    Ubytovanie bolo veľkým sklamaním. Hotel je značne opotrebovaný ( zlyhávajú opakovane pokusy o nahratie fotografii) Najväčším problémom však bol prístup personálu. Hneď po ubytovaní sme v izbe počuli veľmi hlasne zvuky z protiľahleho kostola, ktorého zvonica je doslova pár metrov od izby. Keď sme tuto skutočnosť reklamovali na recepcii pani bola arogantná ( kostoly sú všade a pod ) a nevedela nám poskytnúť ani základnú informáciu v akých časoch zvony zvonia. Večer sme riešili problem s nefunkčným kúrením a až po opakovanej návšteve recepcie problem priznali a následne vyriešili. Mrzí ma, že sme si vybrali tento hotel .
