The host, Pete, was extremely welcoming and informative. The property was on a busy street, and we enjoyed watching the hustle & bustle of the small city. However, our first floor bedroom was located in the quiet rear of the house, so we slept peacefully. A ten minute walk got us to the main attractions of The Roman Baths and The Abbey.

The room and private sitting room are lovely; comfortable and in keeping with the Georgian building. The owners live in the house on another floor and were very friendly on arrival, clearly love their city and had lots of suggestions if needed.
While the bedroom itself is mostly bed which does take some manoeuvring with two people, the sitting room more than makes up for any lack of space.
Property has two very friendly cats, one of whom is enormous and incredibly fluffy. 11/10, recommend.
The walk into town is easy enough, there are parks very close by, it’s five minutes to the Holburne Museum.
