The stay was great. The staff and room were amazing. I have a few critiques, which would be that we felt Nausea after some of the room service. Other than that, the food was great, and the staff was extremely polite. One of the things I noticed and this goes against Expedia, is that they said this hotel had a hot tub. It does not. It was one of the only reasons we chose this hotel. During our stay, the steam room was under maintenance and my wife and I could not spend the time together during the sauna. The pool, the steam room, the hot tub, and the sauna are the only reasons we booked this hotel, and we could only do one of them together. The hotel is not to blame because I understand preventive maintenance with the steam room, I blame Expedia for not having enough information. So, definitely stay here, it is a great visit. It just does not have a hot tub.

The coutesy of the staff in general was beyond my expectations. Always available to answer a question or offer assistance yet not overwhelming. I'll be back.

From the moment we exit the taxi the staff was great! Friendly, helpful, and professional. The bellboy, front desk, and maids we waved to in the halls. The breakfast was fresh and good with many varieties for American and Filipino to enjoy. Staff for breakfast was great as well. 2nd time staying and we will be back again!
