    I spent 7 days at the Pensione Hotel, and the location is absolutely unbeatable—right near a bus stop, Perth Station, and key attractions like The Perth Mint, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, London Court, and the WA Museum, which are all walkable or easily accessible by bus. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a Woolworths is just a 5-minute walk away. The room is the perfect size for a solo traveler, though it might be a bit tight for a couple in terms of luggage space, and I appreciated that they provide 4 pillows (2 firm and 2 soft) for comfort. Since I stayed during the winter, the air conditioning only had heater or fan settings, but the window opens about 5 inches, which is plenty to let in fresh air if the room gets stuffy. Additionally, the TV includes Chromecast and a great channel selection, while the concierge staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, making UberEats deliveries seamless. If you are looking for an affordable yet high-quality stay in the Perth CBD, I highly recommend Pensione Hotel and would definitely stay here again!
