    I had a great stay at the Thon Hotel Cecil. It is a roughly 10 minute walk from the train station (uphill a bit then downhill). There are two nearby transit stops (one for buses, the other trams). My room had two single beds, a work desk and a (too small) dresser. The bathroom was a good size and shower had good pressure and heat. Sadly, it could use more shelves, towels and the design of the glass "enclosure" basically ensured water would spill across the floor after every shower. Not a huge deal, just annoying. The room did have enough outlets and side tables which were useful. The staff is friendly and very helpful with transportation, or any other questions. My room was on the second floor so I mostly used the stairs though two elevators are available. The highlight of the hotel is the glassed roof, atrium/dining hall and the fabulous breakfast spread. So many hot and cold choices are available each day. In addition, cereals, grains, nuts, fruits and many types of juices are provided. Also there are coffee and tea machines spewing out all sorts of hot drinks. The airy breakfast space is relaxing and invigorating. Just a great (slightly above mid-price) place to stay!
