Location is great. Close to Nationaltheatret station from Oslo airport. Room and bathroom are clean. Allow luggage storage but the storage room is small. Aircon is good.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to several important sights and places, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The double-glazed windows are also a major plus, as they isolate the street noise very effectively, which made a big difference for a good night's sleep.
The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The other facilities and overall experience were also very positive.
But the air conditioning was a major disappointment, as it simply did not work. With temperatures around 28°C, the room became unbearably hot and felt like a sauna. The window cannot be opened unless you ask someone from the hotel to come with a special tool to open it, which meant there was no fresh air circulation. I honestly felt quite suffocated and uncomfortable at times.
Overall, a very good hotel with an excellent location and wonderful staff, but the air-conditioning and ventilation situation definitely needs improvement, especially during warmer weather.
