A bit far from Batam ferry terminal but an overall great place to stay and relax

I’m had informed the hotel about my request for wheelchair and adjoining rooms, and the request was met. The property is quite old but maintained well. It’s a great hotel for families who need kids facilities. Breakfast is great too. We enjoyed the hotel’s spa although it is definitely more expensive than in the city
