Good location for me , clean and nice

The hotel was adequate but not good value when compared to similar level and standard. I chose the location because I was visiting someone nearby.

For most travelers the location would be extremely poor. It is a long way from the city and only accessed by two roads which became a parking lot in peak hour traffic. The 40 minute drive can extend to one and a half to two hours. The road in front has a lot of traffic on a narrow pavement with dusty or muddy footpaths depending on the weather. Difficult to navigate on foot. The neighbourhood is a congested dirty kampong. The street is lined with impromptu street vendors with tables along the dusty sidewalks. Not a pleasant place to eat when surrounded by traffic and dust. There are no nice mid range restaurants in the vicinity. There are some padang style shops. Basically let down by rampant development and poor town planning.
