Comfortable hotel located in one of the best areas of the city. There was street noise entering our second floor room, but it wasn't bad. The staff were very good.

Our apartment was very clean however the bathroom especially was needing some refurbishment. The bathroom was very small and would be quite difficult for a larger person to get into. Being on “the street that never sleeps” meant that it was noisy until early morning. We chose it because of the kitchenette facilities, being able to make tea or coffee (none was provided) but there was no cutlery. You had to get it from reception and return it otherwise you would be charged. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from and close to some of the tourist spots.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days. Central location. Staff is friendly, however they never got back to me about the Uruguay trip as I requested. Breakfast was ok. The elevators are very slow. While we were there the elevators stopped working and as a result everyone had to take the elevators for employers only...which was also very slow. No kettle or free water bottle provided. Luckily there is a food market right across the road.
Otherwise, good location with a lot of food options and markets around.

There is no curtains in the shower place and water splashed everywhere. The little elevator is not at the same level as the floor, it may trip over. The desks are very unstable. Water tap is not tighten properly and moved inside the stem hole. For the breakfast, the stir and fry beef with a strong blood flavors. Anyway its not a very good experience.
