Location was amazing. Just a stone-throw from the Obelisk and a wide range of nice restaurants.
The room itself was very nice; the bed was comfortable and big, the shower was amazing.
Breakfast was very good.
Price of the stay was excellent.
A reliable WIFI connection is very important for travellers who do not have access to mobile phone data due to high roaming costs.
Their wifi network seems to be unable to accommodate the big number of guests. We spoke about it with the staff two times and they said they would restart the router, etc, but the truth is that we did not have wifi connection in our room. It is not that the connection was slow or poor, we just did not have any, so we had to go and sit in the lobby in order to get connected.
The elevators seem to be in poor service, they are very noisy and rattle a lot, and we did get stuck briefly. (When we got to the 11th floor, the inner door of the elevator opened, but the outer didn't, so effectively the elevator opened to a black metal wall. We panicked a bit and then travelled to a different floor, where the issue did not repeat.
