    Aku baru tahu hotel ni cantik dan bersih rupanya. Bilik nya lengkap siap ada safety box, chiller, iron dan desk. Berbaloi sangat-sangat. Lepas ni pasti akan repeat stay kat sini. Kedai2 makan depan hotel je. Klinik dan kedai runcit pun ada. Yang paling aku tak boleh brain. Ada dobi complimentary weh. Mana ada hotel ada dobi sekali. Mmg awesome dan terbaik lah.

    I specifically booked a room with a window, but upon arrival, the hotel assigned me a room without one. The lack of ventilation made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and when I requested a change, the hotel refused, claiming that Agoda had booked me into a “no‑window” room. This situation reflects a serious breach of integrity and transparency. Customers should not be misled or left to suffer due to careless coordination between Agoda and its hotel partners. Passing responsibility in this manner is unacceptable, and guests should not be the victims of such practices. Clear and honest communication is essential in hospitality. I urge Agoda to review its booking process, ensure accurate room descriptions, and hold hotel partners accountable for honoring the advertised facilities. I expect a proper explanation and corrective action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
