    I stayed at this hotel two years ago for work purposes, and my experience was fine at that time. However, after coming back to this hotel again two years later, I was quite disappointed as I encountered several unpleasant experiences. First of all, the worst experience was during check-in. The counter staff did not properly check my latest booking details and instead showed me my previous cancelled booking, informing me that I could not proceed with the check-in and asking me to contact Agoda customer service. Eventually, another staff member checked the booking details properly and managed to resolve the issue. Secondly, the room was not clean. The floor felt uncomfortable and was even slightly sticky. Some of the facilities were also damaged or not properly maintained. For example, the metal part of the wardrobe was not secured properly and suddenly fell off when we were using it. We immediately contacted the staff, and they acknowledged that it was their negligence and simply advised us not to use it anymore. This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I could clearly feel that the overall experience and quality have declined significantly compared to two years ago. I hope the management can take these issues seriously and improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and check-in process.
