We had a great time at this hotel! Location is super central, right across SunPlaza station, the starting point to Mt Fanzipan and across Sap Square and Stone Church.
Rooms were excellent - our rooms had a nice view of the square. Note at wintertime, they only have heating so if you feel warm, just open the window. Family room is very spacious. Staff were courteous. Breakfast had lots of options for international guests.

Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and a pho station. The location is great, right across from the square. The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. I highly recommend staying here—they even leave a nice little welcome package when you arrive, which was a thoughtful touch.
