May Casa Hotel is truly a hidden gem in Sapa! 🤍🏔️✨
The owner, Miss Nga, is the sweetest! 🥹💗 She’s very hands-on, thoughtful, and accommodating. She made sure all our requests were taken care of and even gave us little treats before we left Sapa. Such a lovely gesture that made our stay extra special!
The hotel is very clean, affordable, and perfectly located in the heart of Sapa town — just a 2-minute walk to Sun Plaza station and within walking distance of tourist spots, restaurants, and cafés. Super convenient!
Even the elevator smells really good! The rooms have beautiful interiors and spacious balconies with breathtaking views. What a sight to see! 🏔️✨ We even ended up buying the same essential oil used inside the elevator because it smelled so amazing! 🥹🤍
And what I love even more? The café downstairs! Their coffees are THE BESTTTT! ☕️🤎

The hotel building is beautiful and the location is very central, but unfortunately, the property is poorly maintained and the service needs significant improvement.
When we checked in at night, the staff on duty could not speak English, which led to a misunderstanding about payment despite our booking being fully paid through Agoda. We had to show proof of payment and wait for confirmation from the owner before receiving our room key. The hotel was also difficult to identify due to the lack of clear signage.
The room initially provided did not match our reservation. We had booked a twin room for two people but were given a queen room instead. After contacting the hotel through Facebook Messenger, we were moved to the correct room. However, basic amenities were still missing, including toilet paper, and we had to request it from the staff. The bathroom was not clean, there was no bath mat, and the TV could not be used because its power cable was missing. We also had to request that the bathroom be cleaned the following day.
Suggestions for improvement: Please improve the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance, and ensure that rooms are properly cleaned and fully equipped before guests arrive. Clear signage would also make the hotel easier to find. In addition, staff should have access to the hotel’s Agoda account to verify booking details and payment status, preventing unnecessary confusion during check-in. Good communication and a more welcoming attitude toward guests would also greatly improve the overall experience.
Although the hotel has a beautiful building and a convenient location, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and check-in issues. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide guests with a more comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for future travelers. It is very accessible to all places and the staff are very accomodating and approachable.

We were not able to check in to the room we wanted due to poor handling of the guests that were in the room earlier. The replaced us with a poor standard of a room that’s away from the actual location. There’s also no reception desk, just a small corner by the cafe and you have to message them for them to check you in. Unprofessional
