I highly recommend this hotel for future travelers. It is very accessible to all places and the staff are very accomodating and approachable.

I just feel like it was bad from the start. They don’t say that it’s inside a coffee shop which took us in circles to try to find it, and when we get to the front desk, they said we have to pay more to check in early which was fine. We were lucky someone was at the front desk because after that day it was very sporadic on when someone was in the front when we needed more towels or toilet paper. Forget about messaging the property, they never responded, you’d have to count your lucky stars that someone will be at the front desk. When we got to our room, the floors didn’t seem it’s been swept or mopped in months. Someone used the toilet and didn’t flush which was disgusting. The towels were ragged and scratchy. The tv was busted which we made note of so they didn’t say we broke it. The good thing about this is the location, has a shower door and AC. I would definitely check out other locations if I were to go to Sapa again.

This was my favorite stay and I would 100 percent book this again. Location is super convenient, near restos, shopping, train station, mini marts and spas, but still feels relaxed. The room is big, bed is big and there’s a balcony which I loved. Wifi is strong most of the time and having a coffee shop and resto in the lobby made everything so easy. Staff are very accommodating and attentive, and they allowed late check out for a fee. Lighting is great, water pressure is strong. Cons, you can hear people from the hallway and balcony, only 2 pillows (sad), and the smart TV wasn’t working properly. Still, everything just felt easy here, which made it stand out.

We were not able to check in to the room we wanted due to poor handling of the guests that were in the room earlier. The replaced us with a poor standard of a room that’s away from the actual location. There’s also no reception desk, just a small corner by the cafe and you have to message them for them to check you in. Unprofessional
