    Perfect location in a quiet dead-end alley only 2 minute flat walk from church/plaza. The family that run this guesthouse are so nice and speak English. Daily cleaning and free drinking water. Great wifi. Will store luggage. I had a high-floor mountain view balcony room which was great. I extended my stay and took the smaller/cheaper rooms at the back that have a lovely tree view. The stairs are exhausting but worth it for the views. Bathroom is very small but good hot water. this place would be cold in winter - but for end October it was perfect temperature. I loved staying here. Fantastic value for money. Cash only.

    It was very pleasant stay to me as solo traveler, the host was very good to behave and helping to me know anything about travel in Sapa

    Walking distance from Sun Plaza, clean and staff friendly

    Cons: No lift and our room is in the 5th floor so we requested to be transferred to a lower floor. The room we were transferred to has broken balcony door so we cannot close it. It is also very hard to lock/unlock the main door. Bed sheets have stains. Pros: Staffs are nice and we were allowed to leave our luggages after checking out.
