    My 3 days 2 nights stay was memorable. The hotel is strategically located facing the mountains. . We had a beautiful view of the mountains. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. The staff were very courteous. Hotel extended my stay for another 2 hours until the transport arrive. Only improvement needed is drainage. As the water flow in the show area is little slow.

    Put it this way, the lobby is on the 6th floor and the building is not a condo. It's just a 5 storey building and they developep down, so the first to the 5th floor they can't put windows on it because it's underground and the smell of the earth stays in the room if they don't keep turning on dehumidifier. It's like living in a bunker. I still give them 4 though because they moved me to higher floor with window. I was planning to sleep in the lobby had they not moved me out in the bunker type of room . At least in the lobby I can breath. The receptionist refused to change room but who would let their guest died in the room , so the front office manager came and moved us up . He said it's upgraded yes but why not put the description properly? They have to rename their classic rooms into bunker rooms. It's first time I have to press down the lift from the lobby to the room in Southeast Asia. Too bad they dig down, lucky the mountain didn't get angry for digging down equivalent to 5 storey building.

    Podczas mojej drugiej podróży do Sa Pa zdecydowałem się ponownie wybrać hotel położony w samym sercu starej dzielnicy – miejscu, które można uznać za „duszę” tego górskiego miasteczka. Tym razem doświadczenie było bardzo pozytywne, łącząc w sobie poczucie znajomości miejsca z nowymi, ciekawymi wrażeniami. Największym atutem hotelu jest jego doskonała lokalizacja w centrum. Wystarczy wyjść na zewnątrz, aby od razu znaleźć się w tętniącej życiem okolicy, z łatwym dostępem do najważniejszych atrakcji, takich jak kamienny kościół, centralny plac czy nocny targ. Dla osób, które lubią zwiedzać pieszo i chłonąć atmosferę miasta, jest to idealne miejsce. Wieczorami okolica ożywa dzięki światłom, muzyce i tłumom turystów – to prawdziwy klimat Sapa. Już od momentu przyjazdu zostaliśmy bardzo miło przyjęci – powitano nas specjalną filiżanką herbaty, prawdopodobnie lokalnej lub ziołowej, o delikatnym i przyjemnym smaku. To drobny gest, ale bardzo doceniany po długiej podróży. Personel był uprzejmy, pomocny i sprawnie przeprowadził proces zameldowania. Kolejnym dużym plusem była elastyczność hotelu w kwestii wyboru pokoju. Otrzymaliśmy dokładnie taki pokój, jaki chcieliśmy – z oknem wychodzącym na ulicę, jasny i przestronny. Wystrój nie był luksusowy, ale funkcjonalny i czysty, co zapewniało komfortowy pobyt zarówno w celach wypoczynkowych, jak i służbowych. Warto zaznaczyć, że była to moja druga wizyta w Sapa i ponownie zdecydowałem się na pobyt w tej części miasta. To najlepiej pokazuje, jak atrakcyjna jest ta lokalizacja. Mimo że miejsce było mi już znane, nadal potrafiło mnie zaskoczyć – urokliwymi kawiarniami, lokalnymi sklepikami i ulicznym jedzeniem pełnym regionalnych smaków. Oczywiście, nie można pominąć także pewnych wad. Stara dzielnica Sapa jest zazwyczaj bardzo zatłoczona, szczególnie wieczorami i w sezonie turystycznym. Dla niektórych może to oznaczać hałas i brak spokoju. Również poruszanie się samochodem w godzinach szczytu bywa utrudnione. Pokoje z widokiem na ulicę mogą być bardziej narażone na hałas, jeśli nie są dobrze wygłuszone. Jednak dla mnie ta intensywność życia była częścią uroku tego miejsca. Tętniąca atmosfera, różnorodność ludzi i łatwy dostęp do wielu atrakcji sprawiają, że pobyt staje się bardziej dynamiczny i ciekawy.
