This would be remembered as one of the most pleasant stay we had because of the Sapa Square staff, during our few days April 2026 stay, led by Jayce their front desk main man. Jayce just went beyond the service of what was expected, I remember my buddy lost a pair of Gucci prescription glasses at the mountains in Fancipan , Jayce went out of his way communicating with Fancipan Starbucks lost and found, and there indeed we found the eyeglasses and Jayce even went on arranging the return of the lost item for the owner and the person who found the eyeglasses. With Jayce he talk with good command of English and immediately makes you feel that you are going to be taken care of. We felt comfortable dealing with Jayce, and he’s been our go to guy whenever we need guides on Sapa tours , activities, transport, foods, currency exchanges and others. He is a natural of customer service. We highly consider coming back at Hotel Sapa Square because of services we experienced with Jayce.

Loved this hotel perfect location for our stay in Sapa
The staff at the roof top bar were excellent as was the staff at breakfast
The room was a great size with a balcony that was nice to have
There were many places to eat nearby within walking distance
Right across the road from fansipan station
Loved our stay and a big thank you to all of the staff that made our stay brilliant
