    I had a large room with a large TV. It was very clean. Had a refrigerator. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The location is ideally suited to get around Lafayette with ease right next to the interstate was really quiet sleeping and it was a very good stay and I recommend it the best value around for the money .

    I booked the hotel because it was next to where the events I was scheduled to attend were held. The only problem was that I couldn’t walk to my events, which were located across a busy highway. Uber or taxis took a long time to arrive in this area, and I constantly received messages such as, “There are few drivers in your location.” I also called to ask about the shuttle, since Agoda was offering a shuttle option when I was booking. I was told that they do not provide any shuttle service from the airport. However, the manager kindly arranged for my pickup from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and overall, I felt safe at the hotel. There was one staff member who was extremely rude to me—a slender lady with blue eyes—who, together with a short maintenance staff member, behaved in a way I found very intimidating. They confronted me and, at one point, even followed me outside while I was waiting for an Uber, which was very frightening. However, the manager was very attentive and apologetic about the incident. That being said, the rest of the staff were very kind, which is why I stayed at the hotel—especially Ms Stacty, Ms Charlotte and Ms Jessica - they made me feel at home and always checked if everything was okay. Ms Stacty is very kind , courteous and respectful, she even helped me call a local taxi on the first day.
