Rodeway Inn Lafayette

I booked my room on agoda for roadway inn but now its motel 6. I arrived at the hotel to check in. I got my key and went to my room. I opened the door and i had a king. So i want back to the office to let him know he made a mistake. He told me it wasnt a mistake i gave you want you booked. I said no and showed him i have a double not a king. We went back and forward about the issue. I called customer service to tell them about my issue. I told the lady that he dosent want to give me what i paid for. She ask to speak with him he refused to talk to the lady. So i put it on speaker so he could hear her. She ask him if he got a email about giving me a double bed. He said i did but i will not change anything. She can take the king are get a refund. I ask why i cant get my double that is what i paid for. He said my price for a double is $95 not $68. I told him i am going on the price i paid for. Now if you have your hotel on a booking site you have to honor the price that i paid for. He told me you can take the king are get a refund I said refund. So while he is refunding me my money. He is saying that his hotel is to nice looking to be giving out discounts. And how is not gona make any money by giving out discounts. I took my money and went to another hotel. This hotel was very nice and remodeled. But i will never book at this hotel again. It was his attitude for me, the going back and forward, and him talking at me not to me. And there English is horrible. So who ever is reading this place dont book at the hotel through any booking site. Because he will do the same to yall he told me so. So be careful about this hotel. And he wantes me to give him 5 stars. Well here you go.
