    When I first got to the place, I went to my room and did not know it until I return from out, that my room was unlocked and could not lock even with the key card. So Customer Service did give me another room. Upon the second room, I noticed that the TV did not work and subsequently I needed to get another room. Customer Service did try to help but could not resolve the issue with room number two. Finally on room number three everything function well and had no problems. All three rooms were clean. Breakfast is good. And Customer Service at the desk was good as well.

    The room wasn't as pictured in the advertisement at all. It had a table and chairs in it but both chairs were broken. It was our anniversary weekend and we had made plans to eat in the room but had to go buy a chair to sit in. It was very loud!! You could hear outside noise like it was in your room all ours of the night. The facility was clean, the room was clean. The front desk was really so amazing. So very helpful!! We just weren't happy with the room.
