    We need to go yo Honolulu. Not for vacation. Hotel is good but we don’t love the Hawaii “resort fee” upon check in. I understand that is not hotel fault.

    This was a lovely hotel at a great price,being a solo traveller it’s hard to find something cheaper in Waikiki This was great ,I’d be happy to stay with my family as well

    The negatives were the bad tasting coffee and small, cheap coffee cups. The room did not have a good smell about it, the bathroom is really small and the layout of the room was really poor, which made for an uncomfortable feel. The bathroom was also dirty and I had to clean areas where I put my shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I had to use my own because the shampoo and body wash smelled really bad and they don't replenish soap or moisturiser, either. I didn't get Housekeeping one day because she came in the morning and I asked her to give me 5 minutes. I was out for most of the day, but when I returned, my room was just as I left it. The positives were the location, although it could get noisy. The best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have to give top marks there!!
