The two queen bed with kitchenette was just very small for three adults. While it technically had the required elements of the kitchenette it was so small that nobody had the space for cook; not even a separate sink (had to use washroom sink for washing dishes). A/C was very loud so either you couldn't sleep because it was too hot or you couldn't sleep with the loud A/C. Not as clean as it should have been -- carpet needed a thorough vacuum and steam. Our room was next to the garbage chute (smelled like garbage) and the sound isolation was very poor -- we were on the ninth floor and could hear people chatting on the sixth floor (where the pool and common area are) clearly throughout the night.

The room was clean on arrival, we only stayed 5 days so didn’t get any house keeping services unfortunately during that time which was the only downside. The bathroom was compact but had everything you needed. Good pool, and hot pool, washing machines and dryers ($5.50 a load), The location is excellent for the beach, stores walking to Alo mana etc. the staff are helpful and friendly

I rented bc of the price but also the reviews were good. It’s rundown and the room is the same as a dirty extended stay or of the sort. Fine if it’s one night (like it was for us thankfully.)
