    The room was gorgeous, all dark wood, marble and gold gave the room a classy opulent feel . Breakfast was included , which was decent and the hotel is close to everything

    I have stayed at many hotels, including five-star hotels, but unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I have had. The staff, especially at the front desk, were not friendly or welcoming at all. The service was very poor, and the attitude of the staff made us feel like we were bothering them rather than being valued guests. The parking situation was also terrible. The hotel entrance and parking area are in completely different locations, and you have to drive around the streets to reach the parking area behind the hotel. The staff did not provide clear or proper instructions. The breakfast was another major disappointment. It was absolutely not worth paying extra for a room with breakfast. I went for breakfast around 9:00 AM today, and almost everything was empty. There was very little food available, and the staff were not keeping the buffet properly stocked. For a five-star hotel, this was extremely disappointing. I was also very surprised that a five-star hotel does not have an EV charging station. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service and the overall experience. I have stayed at many hotels, and honestly, this hotel does not feel like a five-star hotel at all. I would definitely not stay here again.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst hotel rooms experiences I've ever had. Could you imagine 5 star hotel without Air-conditioning!! We booked an expensive suite, but the room was filthy and in very poor condition. The mattress and bedding had visible stains, the bathroom was dirty, and the bathtub drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood after every shower. The hotel was also poorly maintained overall. The biggest disappointment was the reception staff. One receptionist (a young, slim man whose name I don't remember) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. His attitude was completely unacceptable. When we complained about the room and the lack of air conditioning, he simply told us, "This is what you booked. If you don't like it, you have topay30 Euro extra for Air-conditioning." He also claimed our booking did not include air conditioning, even though this was never stated when we made the reservation. After repeatedly asking to speak with a manager, another staff member stepped in and was polite and helpful. He contacted the manager by mobile & after long discussion with him ,they agreed to change the rom to another one with AC. Thanks to him. I will upload photos of the second room, which was supposedly one of the better rooms. I didn't even take photos of the first room because I was genuinely shocked by how dirty it was. I cannot recommend this hotel. It seriously needs better staff, proper maintenance, much higher cleaning standards, and staff who know how to treat guests with respect. I tried to upload photos but the website had an error.
