The G Hotels Istanbul

I had a very pleasant stay at G Hotel Istanbul. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were always friendly and professional. Although there was a delay during check-in due to multiple teams arrival for a sport event, the hotel addressed the situation professionally. I would like to thank Zübeyde, for her sincere apology, understanding, and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. Special thanks also to Mustafa, who was exceptionally helpful assisting us with food delivery. The genuine care and hospitality shown by both Zübeyde and Mustafa made a positive difference to our experience. Thank you to the entire G Hotel Istanbul team for a memorable stay. I would gladly highly recommend this hotel to others.

We were expecting higher standards with breakfast arrangements.

Hotel was very affordable and clean. Was there for business and the restaurant was great. good service and delicious food. Room was clean and serviceable. Staff were friendly

Breakfast was ok, not a huge choice but they did make as an omelette. Coffee machine wasn't working properly and it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit options and yoghurt. Apart from that ok

Room was very nice, exactly as the photos showed, pool and spa area when open was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast is extremely basic and that's being generous, there was 2 power cuts in our short stay there both making the WiFi unusable for 8+ hours, the day we arrived the pool was closed for over 24 hours for refurbishment with no prior notice, small details that were usually taken care of in most 5 star hotels need to be worked on, if they get these details right then it has the potential to be a really good hotel as the rooms and staff are very nice
