We had a marvellous time at this hotel. The location is what drew us to it. It's walking distance to the main Marrakech attractions and in a safe area.
The garden is wide and one can find a quiet spot even if the hotel is busy.
The staff are amazing. Friendly and help in any way they can.
The buffet style food is excellent with European and Moroccan options alike.
We had a junior suite with private pool which was wonderfully relaxing. The whole place is spotless!
All pools are heated. The inclusive drinks have wonderful options and are all good.
The evening entertainment is a bit basic but each their own.
We definitely can recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The room was extremely maintained every day, the jacuzzi was cleaned daily.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially as I slipped in shower and concussed myself.
On our return we were asked if any food was required and the following morning the head chef prepared my breakfast.

Cleanliness top notch. Staff all genuinely helpful, nothing a problem. Food excellent, each night different themed foods (Mexican, Indian etc) . Lunch option in the à la carte restaurant a really good addition and providing a change from buffet at night. Perfect location for main square/ souks yet when in hotel you don’t feel the hustle and bustle, it’s a little oasis.

A wonderful stay at medina Gardens. Staff are amazing and very attentive to all guests. Th range of food was very good and of an excellent standard. The Ala carte was amazing! The beef was incredible. Night entertainment was fantastic too. Room wise they were always cleaned daily and to an exceptional standard. Swim up junior suite was luxury. Yes this was in building 3 and the music between 9pm to 11:30pm roughly was loud from the sky bar but you are on holiday so have to accept a bit of liveliness. It’s well located and don’t really need to be taking a taxi anywhere into the medina or to the YSL museum etc if you like to walk. Weather was excellent too this time of the year.
