Good value for money, clean and large rooms. Just our room air conditioner wasn’t working and staff were quite unhelpful to get it fixed or change rooms for us.

Very helpful staff, good selection of food for breakfast. Room was clean & larger than expected, (we had 1 bedroom suite) slightly dated. Pool area was clean but busy the day we visited.
Overall a good stay & if ever in Lisbon again I would happily stay there.

My only issue was with the listing on this site. It said that it included a bathtub. This was one of the reasons that we picked this hotel. However, it appears that not all of the rooms did include one. When we checked in, we discovered this. The staff was unable to move us to another room that night due to lack of availability, but the next day, they moved us to another room and moved our luggage for us while we were out for the day. They were extremely helpful.
If we had known that not all of the rooms had bathtubs, we would have made a special request for one that did upon booking. The incorrect booking caused an unnecessary inconvenience but fortunately, the staff was extremely professional and helpful in assisting us.
