The staff are very nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The room was comfortable and spacious. Car parking is really useful and cheap. Location is a must.

I had some trouble getting out of the car park because the exit curve was really tight. This car park is definitely not suitable for large cars. I have an SUV and would still be stuck inside if someone hadn't helped me out.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. Special mention to Jacqueline and Rui for going above and beyond. Our flight was delayed so we arrived quite late. The staff were very accommodating and prepared a meal specifically for my wife who is a coeliac, my mother and I had the buffet and they allowed my stepfather to have a meal from the bar menu in the restaurant. Food was very nice and good breakfast options for coeliacs. My wife also had issues sleeping (mostly due to my snoring) and Rui spend hours juggling rooms around to get us an extra room right next door to our existing room. The staff really made the experience a very pleasant one.

Mattresses and pillows weren't paticularly comfortable. Walls were pretty thin and could hear neighbouring rooms quite clearly.
