A lady cleaner on our first day at the hotel is sooo rude to us. She doesn't want us to step the floor on the front desk.

It's located at good area with easy access to the main Lisbon attractions. Well connected via tube (metro). The hotel offers a good breakfast with different options for all the tastes.

From the moment we arrived the staff were efficient and friendly, the roo was excellent, the meals in the restaurant and bar were great.
