Denver Tech Sleep Inn was so nice. Clean and comfortable. They had a good breakfast every morning. The staff was very friendly and made our stay warm and welcome.

I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. I had first made my reservation for3/19-21 because it was technically still the "19th"of March when I was checking in. However the gentleman that was working overnight that night told me to do a new reservation starting the 20th so that way I would get 2 days worth my money and I of course was in agreement because I wanted to get money's worth and I asked before submitting my new reservation if I would be checking out the 22nd of March. I was told yes. I also asked if I would get my reservation back in full since that was the end of my money and he said absolutely.
Well that didn't happen and I never received a refund. Instead they lied and put in their notes that I was a "No Show" when you can clearly see on Camera that I was there trying to check into my original reservation, as I then proceeded to fight with the internet and my phone Making the new reservation. I was also made to leave a day earlier than my second reservation was scheduled for 3/20-22
