    The size of the room is nice. Overall the room is outdated and a bit grungy. We were excited about having a jacuzzi tub, but it was cracked and we didnt end up using it. The breakfast is standard. We didn't try the pool, but it is indoor and large. Close to restaurants and entertainment.

    All of the common areas are in dire need of a remodel (carpet, walls, etc.). The room was filthy! There was debris on the floor, either missed when vacuumed or not vacuumed at all after the previous guest. The bottom of the shower curtain had numerous mold spots. Something had been dumped into a wastebasket and had splashed behind the plastic liner and was not wiped out. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator appeared to have not been defrosted in quite a while. The ice build up was red from a spill or a liquid freezing, breaking the container and leaking. The return air vent was rusty, moldy and dirty.

    They gave us a dirty room. Switched us to a different room with dead and alive bedbugs. We had pictures showed them to the receptionist. He then called the manager who had an issue with refunding our money. We were later issued a refund through the site we booked from.
