Our first room had a broken toilet, the ac/heat unit was nearly a fire hazard, the 2nd lock on the door was broke you can tell the door had been kicked in before. Our second room was much better newer ac unit an some what nicer will not be staying there again thats forsure.

Decent mattress, good HVAC, good continental breakfast.

The first morning there was no hot water. I had to call the desk to get it turned on, but it did get resolved within 10 minutes. This probably shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Not very clean, staff was very hard to find. We were there for 4 nights and our floors were never swept. We had to ask for Kleenex and toilet paper. Facilities was old and in need of upkeep.

AVOID THIS PLACE

The bed was comfortable.

We spent two nights in this hotel and there was no hot water for the entire time. We were not able to check out after the first night because we had booked third party and could not get any assistance from booking.com customer support. Now, the property and booking.com refuse to refund ANY amount of money at all. This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel and had the hot water go out, but the first time it was back within a few hours, so we thought it was just a fluke. I know better now. My advice, Avoid this place. The water was my main concern, but it was one among several. The carpet felt grimy under barefeet, the phone in my room didn't work, the door latch was broken, the main lamp didn't have a light bulb in it, the bathroom door didn't lock, the whirlpool tub appeared cracked; not sure if that was actually a problem, since there was NO HOT WATER for my entire stay.

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

Nothing at all:

I did not like how there was mold on my bed. How we had to move rooms 3 different times. How I got sick from being highly allergic to mold. Did not like the blood stains on my covers. The awful smell that lingers through the rooms. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is also directly beside a homeless shelter so I do not recommend especially when traveling with small children like I was.

Location was conveniently for downtown louisville activities. Breakfast had hot food- waffle maker.. eggs.. sausage gravy and biscuits.

3 separate rooms before we finally settled. 1st room the a/c did not work- either outlet didnt work or the unit itself. 2nd room had RED SPLATTER of unknown substance on the ceiling.. we immediately demanded to either refund us or be moved. 3rd room on the 3rd floor was tolerable.

king bed was comfy and clean, location, microwave and fridge, AC was really powerful and drowned out the loud breathing from person sleeping next to me

breakfast was lame, bathroom was super rundown, everything outside of the room was not taken care of like cracked plastic bathtub, elevators were dirty and old, kitchen had stove but no pots or pans and no dish soap.. couch was dirty, THE SWIMMING POOL WAS SHUTDOWN BY THE HEALTH AUTHORITIES.

The spa tub was a little outdated and didn't look clean, I am sure it was due to the age. Also, I am not sure, but there seemed to be mold on the wall behind the toilet.
