    Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Before arrival, we requested twin beds, but we were given a double bed instead. Since we were only staying for one night, we decided to make do with it. I would like to thank the housekeeping staff for kindly trying to find a shower cap for me. Although one wasn’t available, I really appreciated the effort and their willingness to help. After checking in, we quickly showered, changed clothes, and left for our event. We were confident that we had locked the room before leaving. However, when we returned around midnight, the door looked closed from a distance but opened as soon as I pushed it. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it was concerning and made us question the security of the room. We had been travelling all day and were exhausted, so we didn’t report it that night. Later, both my friend and I woke up sweating because the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. Even with the temperature set to the lowest setting, the room never became cool enough to sleep comfortably. The following morning, we were in a rush to check out and continue our journey, so we didn’t have the opportunity to raise these issues with the staff. I hope the hotel investigates the room security issue and checks the air conditioning, as these are important matters that could affect future guests. Despite these concerns, I appreciate the kindness shown by the housekeeping staff during our stay.

    A 2 night stay with my daughter and 2 month old granddaughter, in a lovely air conditioned twin room with a beautifully made up cot bed.. Excellent staff all round, polite and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Just half hour walk from Marylebone station and roughly the same distance to Oxford st.
