We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We arrived very early (10am) to store our bags until check in and they found us a room straight away. When we went to the room we found we were upgraded to a superior room which was amazing. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The tv had foxtel we could even cast to the tv which was great. We had the buffet breakfast both mornings which had a great selection and was worth the money. I even got a complimentary hot chocolate one morning. Overall this hotel felt very safe and welcoming. They have a 24 hour desk. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again and will also recommend to other people.

Arrives at 1.30 to check in, as per what we were told earlier, only to be told room wasn't ready for another hour. Ce back and hour later and told another 30. Didn't get into room until 4. Only 1 lift and a bus full of tourists that took it up meant we spent more time waiting for the lift than doing anything else. Given a drink voucher to apologise but when we went to collect, could only get a small soft drink. Staff were rude and room was so small, as was the bathroom that it really is only suitable for 1 person even though it's suppose to be a family room. Never again

Room was old, smelly, dark and not comfy as seen in Agoda’s website. Asked for a room change after the second night, was refused at first. But I tried again with a different staff, a nice lady, and she arranged for us to move to another room on the same floor, smaller but at least no smell. Breakfast was the same everyday, not many options, was thinking whether the restaurant served the yesterday’s leftover ones for the next day. Location wise was very convenient. The toilet amenities such as toothbrush not available unless requested. Still haven’t get the $100 deposit back after a week checked out.
