Totally in love with this hotel , everything about it , is just my style . The 4 poster Queen room is a treat everyone should try to enjoy once in their lives , in the beautiful city of Lichfield
Food is great , good choice of ales , it's comfy , it's atmospheric, cosy , warm and welcoming , historic ..the works
Big thanks to the super polite , and very professional staff especially Max and Manager Anthony who were very helpful and courteous . The ladies whose names I'm not sure of , always give the warmest of smiles too ..they are all a credit to the business
If I have one ambition in left in life , it's to return to Lichfield and England and stay in the fabulous George Hotel again

I'm in Lichfield at a particularly tragic time personally, however my decision to stay at the George has been the right one , in so many ways . I shall return next week for another 3 nights . The comfort, ambience, and atmosphere of this fabulous hotel has been better than any medicine..I truly love it .
Lichfield is as good a place to be in as anywhere in the World , and the George the perfect place to stay in

Stayed for one night and so wished we were able to stay longer treated ourselves to an Executive Suite and the room was magnicent, the quality of the fixtures and fittings were exceptional, loved the free standing bath and all the other additional items. Check in staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice of hot & cold items, special thanks to Tony for the excellent service and a warm welcome. Will definitely be returning very soon, thank you.
