room was nice and spacious (no1 Chad) the staff were exceptional from the warm & friendly welcome by Isaac and checking in to the fab & friendly service by Fred in the evening at the bar and in between that, all the other staff we encountered were super friendly and attentive! Breakfast was superb - very good quality ingredients and again the service was excellent - thank you!
property decor is a little tired and so it could do with a spruce up but other than that all great!

Location for what we were visiting was OK. Staff were very helpful but run off their feet.
Could have been a few more staff, check in could have been a bit more obvious and organised and as an older couple help with our luggage would have been greatly appreciated. Hotel in general was looking a bit tired and could do some re-decoration. Meal service was a bit slow but that was probably due to lack of staff.
