    We went for a stay of one night. We arrived and the receptionist was not pleasant and was tired and overworked she complained that she was left alone on a Friday. She gave me the room keys and I went to the room. The room was dirty the floors were not swept. It had a musty smell to it and there was trash in the bathroom can. I tried to turn on the television. It didn't work. I called the front desk. The attendant said she could not help me, she was alone and could not leave her desk. Yet 30 minutes later she arrived at the room and the TV had been tampered with. She apologized and said she would tell the manager some could get compensation. The next day during checkout. I asked for my compensation for lack of advertised amenities. The manager said no compained and I would receive no compensation. I explained what had transpired again. She played coy abd pretended that she never heard of it. I was shocked, I had sent an email to corporate the night before and they replied to speak with the manager that there would be compensation. The manager doubled down and pretended that she knew nothing and I was lying. I would not recommend this establishment to any families, this place seems like a place by the hour. I am sorry I used an app to book it. The motel doesn't respect amy of those clients.
