the front desk helped with consolidation of room and car rental bill. the room was spacious. bathroom was stocked with a solid amount of a variety of towels. the bathroom counter was very low, it helped me correct my posture. the curtains did not close all the way so second set lets the light in helps wake me up. hot tub was nice, the jet stream seems to drop the temperature a bit. i like how there is a side entrance for guests and there is a side rear exit that leads to the rear parking.

It was a great experience and everything was perfect! The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the amenities were also very nice! I love the beautiful patio and restaurant. The front desk people were friendly, professional and helpful!

So dirty and gross. Window wide open with no screen. Bed looked so gross couldn’t sleep on it and left and booked somewhere else. Don’t even get me started on the carpet.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful, professional and made us feel so welcome. We had a last minute change over the holidays and decided to leave out of SNA instead of LAX. We booked and checked in that evening. Great location, close to the airport and complimentary shuttle service. Great find for us!

Great room and it was clean. Felt cozy and safe. Nice staff. Nothing too loud going on. Very pretty property overall with a nice restaurant and jacuzzi on it. We stayed during December, it was romantic. Fireplace wasn’t real but did the trick!

The Ayres Hotel is nice, what stood out was that it was clean and the staff was courteous. The furniture is dated but not uncomfortable. The breakfast and dinner food was good. I will never be happy with having to pay for parking though.

Service was great. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Worst part was that when I was getting ready for bed the linen was stained with what appeared to be dry blood. I called the front desk and they did took care of it right away.
