First time staying here and had a wonderful experience! Check in was easy, parking was convenient, the room and bathroom were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, get the room with the complimentary breakfast because all the breakfast food items were outstanding! We had some car trouble check out day and front desk allwed us to check out a half hour after checkout time. Very convenient to the OC fairgrounds and has a nice AM PM around the corner with a Jack in the Box and nearby other fantastic food spots. They get A++++ thank you and we would surely stay again :D

We have stay at this hotel multiple times. Very clean and comfortable . We travel very late at night and they make it easy non problem for late check in and helping with late check out. Safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you Will be back

Very disappointed with attitude, lack of friendliness and service of the man who checked us in at 8:45 pm on 10/16. Surly and gave us a Queen rather than the King we reserved. He is a black mark on the property!

Great staff, clean and quiet with a nice pool area surrounded by tropical plants. Breakfast was so so, ran out of decaf coffee both days, scrambled eggs were slightly undercooked and potatoes were very greasy. Nothing offered was very healthy unless you count the sugary yogart. Overall a nice place to stay.
