Easy to find

Overall the room is spacious and quite comfortable bed. Standard of housekeeping is questionable as there were obvious fecal stains in the toilet. Fitted sheet was put on inside out.

Mold in the bathroom. There is an odor in the room. I slept on towels on top the bed. Vents covered by plastic. Staff doesn’t care about my concerns. Breakfast looks inedible. I only had coffee. I won't book here again.

The hotel was sorely understaffed. The staff I did encounter, housekeeping and front desk/breakfast area were working hard and doing their best, but the poor front desk worked on Sunday was also literally cooking the eggs for the breakfast area and was expected to answer the phones and handle customer check outs and check ins. Not fair to her or the customers.

Housekeepers not interested on clean room or change towels 6 days stay 2 days of clenup.horrible services

The bathtub had black hair in it and it wasn’t mine. Also looks like there is mold in shower. The bed was very comfortable

Close freeway access.

The bathtub took 2 hours to drain from a quick shower. Toilet seat was broken on one side and the outer sink drains very slow. The dresser drawers would not open. Housekeeping never came to our room In the 9 days we were there would not recommend

Water not working

Breakfast nothing to write home about. Cleanliness wonderful Room shabby curtains had holes bed too high toilet too low. No coffee in room Very helpful staff

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we regretted staying there. There was garbage everywhere in the back where we were told to park.the key card scanner barely worked or doors stuck and hard to open. Rooms were disgusting had spiders in it , hair in tub, snakes in hallway and our second room on second floor was not any better stains on sheets splatter on closets vents were so dirty and missing ceiling panel in closet. There were no chairs with table in one of our rooms and no ottoman to a couch chair either. Toilet kept clogging and I had to plunge it myself ( maintenance was gone for the night so i said I would do I didnt have to switch rooms again. Lord knows what that room would have looked like) ice maker out of order on the side of building we stayed in. Each day breakfast got worse and less options. We stayed 6 nights and there was a fruit loop cereal at the bottom of the stairs the entire time we were there which shows they were not cleaning at all. No elevator to second floor. Pool area was nice but never any pool towels and it stated No outside food was allowed it had to come from the hotel restaurant which was closed the entire time. Why have a beautiful outdoor seating area if people cant enjoy it whenever they want? The evening staff were super friendly others would not even look up when wed walk passed. This hotel has potential rooms are very spacious it just needs new housekeepers

This motel should be torn down. Dirty, unkept, awful odors. When we got to our room there was a horrible gas odor. We tried using the phone inside the room, however, it’s just for looks. Didn’t work. Used my cell phone to call the front desk to report a possible gas leak. She said to not worry about it and it always smells like gas because of their clothes dryer. Our curtains had numerous holes in them. The carpet was disgusting. They have towels down in front of the ice machine and soda machine because of the leaks. Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, some yogurt, mini muffins and toast.

Stuff left under the bed and in the refrigerator. From previous tenants. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days we stayed there and had to request towels every day and oftennot enoughtowelsavailableaccordingto night staff. Night and weekend staff not friendly.. the food was ok

Very outdated property

The mold in the shower is a issues

It’s “fine”. The room we got was fine for the thing we needed to do. It was wildly dated and had some spots that could be scrubbed one more time. The shower had hot water and there were plenty of towels. We didn’t get to use the pool or other amenities as we arrived super late. For a one night as part of a road trip to another spot. This worked.

Good hotel for a quick stop on a cross state road trip. Conveniently located right off the freeway, restaurants all around. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great price. ~$100/night. Exactly what we needed for a place to sleep

Our room was great, spacious. check in person very nice and professional. Breakfast was not that great, my kids asked for milk (8 am) and they were told, that was gone. Breakfast started at 7:30 am and they were about 3 people eating breakfast.

Everything was fine- I enjoyed my stay except for the television. It would have been nice to be able to log in to my Netflix or Prime accounts.

when we arrived the room that they first put us in the lights didn't work, the tv didn't work, the room smelt very musty and there was a large crack right down the middle of the bathroom mirror. I started sneezing the second I walked in the room. the next room they put us in was better, but the lights did not come on in half of the room. when we went to get Ice the machine on our floor was removed and left in a state of horrible deconstruction, hole in the floor wires left hanging out as we had to walk down the stairs to get to the ice machine someone had vomited on the floor. the next night when I went to get ice again the vomit was still there. and on our last night there was no hot water in the hotel as there was a bicycle race happening and everyone in the hotel had sued the hot water. very disappointing for the money that we spent there for three nights.

The front desk ladies and bar tender were amazing. Nice, friendly and funny! I will definitely be back!

Pool was moldy and green, but the rooms were nice.

It was food refuse in the corners of the room upon arrival. The refrigerator had items in the freezer from a previous occupant. I was concerned about sitting in the upholstered chair because it was completely filthy. The dust ruffle of the bed had grease or something on it. A 1/4” red, bead from someone’s costume was on the floor which concern me about the floor, having not been vacuumed.

Definitely needs renovated. Old plumbing and bad maintenance. Hot tub was green. Pool was cold. First room’s sink leaked and appeared to have been previously repaired with duct tape instead of appropriate repair done. Internet is still spotty.

The only negative that was quickly fixed with a change of rooms was that the air conditioner unit was not usable. It had some weird plug in that wasn't for American outlets. Why this was? No clue, but I was able to get another room in minutes without any issues.
