The check-in process was SOOOO easy! The employee was friendly and informative.
The sheets and towels smelled so strongly of bleach that it was almost unbearable. I am sure there are better ways to convey that "clean smell"

Heater/ac in unit did not work. Pool is closed permanently but is full an working
